This policy describes how Istenes Épületgépészet Kft. (the "Data Controller") handles personal data submitted through the forms on this website (istenesepuletgepeszet.hu). Effective: July 2026.
The website has three forms. Each one collects data independently, based on your consent — the table below summarizes what data each form requests and what we use it for.

In every case, the legal basis for processing is the data subject's voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the checkbox when submitting the relevant form. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, without justification, using any of the contact details above.
Data from quote requests and applications is retained until consent is withdrawn, but for no longer than 1 year from receipt, after which it is deleted — unless a contract (e.g. a construction engagement or an employment relationship) is formed between the parties during that time, in which case the retention period under the applicable contractual / labor / accounting regulations applies instead.
The data is accessible only to the relevant staff of Istenes Épületgépészet Kft. (currently: Márk Istenes). Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form-handling provider, USA) acts as a technical data processor for the operation of the forms — the provider may transfer data outside the EU subject to appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or transfer the data to third parties for marketing purposes.
The website loads fonts via Google Fonts, and — once activated — measures visits using Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies and anonymized statistical data to understand how the website is used. This data is not suitable for direct personal identification.
